We sell children’s books, including My Little Pot Plant. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but actual products may vary slightly in colour.

 

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are placed via our website.

• We accept payment via PayPal

• All prices include VAT (where applicable) and are in GBP.

• Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship within the UK only.

• Estimated delivery time is 7 working days from dispatch.

• Shipping costs are £2.99

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances.

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days for assistance.

 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• You have the right to cancel your order within 5 days of receiving your book(s).

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

• Please contact us at info@annekademetriou.com before returning any items.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 days of receipt of the returned item.

• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. 

 

6. Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations, remain unaffected by these Terms.

 

7. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.

• We are not responsible for misuse or damage caused after delivery.
